Top 5 Songs Right Now

Hello there, Hope all is well.
Today I thought I would share with you the songs that I can't stop listening to at the moment. I thought I would narrow the list down to 5 so that I am not going on forever.

1. Fifth Harmony - Work From Home
I love this song, ALOT! I am a fan of Fifth Harmony's music from what I have heard in the charts but never heard their album. But after this song and video I need to listen to it! The video itself reminds me of a Ciara music video she did back in the day. The music has such a good beat to it which you don't really hear in mainstream pop songs which is good, lets them stand out more. And can I just say these girls are like 18, 19 years old! Same age as me!

2. Ariana Grande - Dangerous Woman
Now this song has got me hooked. Ariana's vocals are just out of this world and just seem to get better. There is a more sexy vibe to the mood of this song as opposed to her other songs but she still works it. I particularly like her A Capella version of this which I will also put the video, you can thank me later ;)

3. Meghan Trainor - Better When I'm Dancin'
If you want to dance and cheer yourself up, this is the song for you. The beat and vocals are super uplifting and make you want to dance. I am a big fan of Meghan's music anyways but I think this is one of my favourites of hers!

4. Tinie Tempah ft Zara Larson - Girls Like
Another person I am a big fan of is Tinie Tempah and when he releases a new song there is no doubt in my mind that I won't like it because I always do. This song is no exception. The beat of the song as soon as its starts is infectious and you have an urge to bop your head. Also if you like to walk/run alot this song is perfect. I tend to pick this song when I am power walking because I try to walk to the beat.

5. Zayn - Like I Would
What can I say, Zayn is really nailing his solo career. Pillowtalk was such a good debut song I was worried if any of his new songs would live up to it but I was happy to hear this song because it is AMAZING. I think I may like it just a little more than Pillowtalk and that's saying a lot. I feel like even if you wasn't a 1D fan you will like this music because it is so different to it.

Well I hope you enjoyed reading this post and if you found any new songs you like. Let me know your top 5 songs at the moment on my twitter or in the comments and I will see you in my next post.

Lush Review: Yoga Bomb

Hello Everyone, I hope you are all well.

Todays post is a Lush Bath Bomb review which I am so excited about because I have never had Lush products before and I got a gift set for my birthday from the girls at work so I thought I will share my first reaction and overall thoughts on the products over a couple of posts.

The first bath bomb, as you can see from the title of the post, is the Yoga Bomb which smells amazing. I got this in a gift box that was made for mothers day, but if you want to buy this separately it costs £3.95. The description of this bath bomb from the website is:

"Take a journey of the self as reassuringly soothing sandalwood oil creates a sanctuary of calm in your bath. When you plunge this meditative fizzer into the water, slow mesmerising shades of oranges, purples and turquoise will unfurl. At the same time deeply relaxing olibanum and ho wood release, fragrancing your body and surroundings. It’s the ideal atmosphere to lie back and contemplate life. "

The description is spot on! The smell burst out as soon as I dropped it in the bath and the colours that came out of it was such a surprise. I thought it was going to be just yellows and oranges but no! The bright blues and purples mixed with the oranges looked amazing. Definitely Instagram worthy! Also, I felt so relaxed during and after the bath and I have to mention how amazing my skin felt and smelt! I would definitely recommend this if you are feeling in need of a chill.

Well, I hope you enjoyed my first Lush review on my blog. I have four more on the way when I have used them so I will make sure to review them too. Until next time, thank you for reading and let me know your favourite lush product!

What I Eat Wednesday

Hello everyone

I am back blogging. I haven't posted since November last year because I was just feeling uninspired, but now i feel inspired I am going to try my hardest to focus on blogging whether 1 or more people read it or not. Just bare with me on the quality of my images as I am taking everything on my iPhone 4. Right lets get on with my first what I Eat Wednesday.

Breakfast
I am trying to eat as healthy as I can because I am not happy with my lifestyle choices that impact on my body image so I am making changes to my food choices. For breakfast I had porridge with cinnamon and raisins with a bottle of Smart Water. I have been really enjoying watching Anna Saccone Joly's videos, especially her What I Eat Wednesday videos and she has porridge with cinnamon and fruit. I have not had cinnamon before so I thought I would try it and my first thoughts was its smells like a Christmas candle, and when I ate it in my porridge I felt like its a little bland and will take some getting used to.

After saying about being healthy, at about 10am I had a cheeky Costa Hot Chocolate which was heavenly, especially as today the weather was absolute pants (bucketing it down with rain). The hot chocolate certainly warmed me up.

Lunch
For lunch i had a turkey sandwich. I use wholemeal brown bread which has 7 different types of seeds in it. I used sliced turkey breast as a filling and had flora butter which is made from plants ( I can't remember the name of it haha). I was going to have crisps but then I realised it would be better if I didn't so instead I helped myself to some cashew nuts and pistachio's as a snack alongside my sandwich.

Dinner
For my dinner I had a Quorn escalope with Uncle Ben's wholemeal rice with quinoa. I have been looking forward to this since yesterday not because its a healthy meal but simply because its sounds so nice to have. I finished off the meal with tomatoes, cucumber and feta cheese and I enjoyed it so much. Definitely recommend you recreate this meal. You will thank me later ;)

Well that is everything I ate today. I hope you enjoyed reading. Let me know any healthy meals that you like and I will see you in my next post.
